We paid cash for food and drink at West Bay Beach Resort Getaway and our credit card was also charged. We cannot find a way to straighten out the overcharge. Also, we selected the front row of lounge chairs and the resort workers moved a couples lounge chairs right in front of us, when we objected we were given the finger. To make it worse the guy started smoking with the wind blowing the smoke in our face. We were approached every few minutes by someone trying to sell us something. We had to go searching for the guy who was supposed to be waiting on us. I think his name was Leonardo. He is who my wife paid the cash to. Overall it was an unpleasant visit.
