Every time I need help our rep Feeras Sako goes above and beyond to give us exactly what we need plus more. Recently I have been so swamped I had to ask for help just getting a request for replacement GPS unit. Feeras not only put in the request for us but followed through all the way to the end making sure we had appointment for installation and everything was exactly what we needed. next day we realized we needed another GPS installation Feeras not only quickly got that request in and tied to the previous one item shipped and installation appointment updated to get both GPS units installed on the same appointment. Feeras took a huge load off my shoulders this week. every time i have needed anything from Feeras he has always made sure it was done and done perfectly. We could not ask for a better rep or customer service experience.
