Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible experience. I purchased a 3 d printer from the company. It didn't work from the moment it arrived. Customer service acknowledged that the product was faulty however repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. In the end I've had to escalate to PayPal to attempt to get the payment reversed. They have also advised me to take actions that will clearly invalidate the warranty and that they will refund the money if I cancel the PayPal dispute. If I do this it will prevent me going through PayPal to resolve. Avoid this company at all costs
