You Will Not Get Treated Right from Corporate/Billing
Save your money or go somewhere else. They advertise a low monthly rate, but the aren't transparent about late fees that are double the cost of the membership. These fees have no grace period and hit IMMEDIATELY. You can't speak to anyone in billing at all. I've called, waiting on hold for an hour. I have selected their "call you back" feature multiple times. I never get a call back. I have sent emails. I cannot get an email back. I was trying to cancel my membership but I couldn't cuz I had to square up my late fees. I finally did, and got charged for my membership AGAIN after trying to cancel for two weeks. They don't care to speak with any customers and just want money from online charges. I am furious I got charged again after trying to cancel for TWO WEEKS. I wish no one would go here.
