I like the clothes and the quality is great. However, the free shipping option is very slow and packages seem to get lost quite often. As an Onyx member, I expected free shipping, but switching to DHL still requires an additional fee. Returns are also quite expensive — if something doesn’t fit, the DHL return cost can be nearly half the price of the item. Because of this, I feel hesitant to try new products.
