Great Experience! Well made products
I ordered the EMS shorts, the EMS red light belt, and the blackened Pro DPL. I still haven't used the DPL so I can't really give a review on that as yet but I have used the shorts and the belt and they both work as instructed. You can feel the ems vibrations and red light working I've only had for a few days so this is all I can give as a review right now. Customer service was excellent. Please be aware that if you do any returns there is going to be a 20% restocking fee and you pay for the shipping back before you choose to buy. That is in the small details under returns and exchanges. So please be aware. But other than that I have absolutely no complaints. They responded quickly to any concerns and they took care of me 100%. If by chance you don't get any instructions with whatever you purchase please just let customer service know and they will send you a link to the instructions in English asap. They were right on top of all this for me. So far no complaints at all. Seem like well made products. I also ordered the mask on Amazon b/c I had the chance for free returns with Prime and a try out time. It is extremely well made and beautifully packaged.
