Second time, same problem.
This is the second time I have bought a dogtra collar. The first time I bought a pair, and it worked great for about a year, until.the charger wouldn't charge the collar nor the remote. I thought it was something wrong with the charger and I order an extra charger twice! And it wouldn't work. This time, because I love the product I decided to buy another one. Third time that charge, charger wouldn't charge again neither the collar nor the remote. Not sure if this is a common problem or why its happening to me. I make special trips and orders from Canada but I live in Mexico and it is frustrating to me that I cant just ship the stuff back because it would cost me so much.
