Months, and hundreds (if not thousands) of rolls ordered later, and they STILL can't pack their orders. They claim it's a third party that does it. Great, Get a better third party. It's YOUR responsibility to handle that.
1 star because their filament is good. "0" stars because they pack their orders like crap. cardboard spools are already fragile, pack them like you care. instead of just taping individual filament boxes together.
This company sells 10-packs of filament, of which I have bought MANY. I cannot understand how they can sell a 10-pack, and then pack them SO horribly. i'm talking rolls taped in their individual boxes against a bigger box that's half full. like they hired some teenager that couldn't care less. We receive rolls dent and damaged every single time.. But you buy from their amazon store? perfect and clear. If you sell a 10-pack, PUT ALL 10 IN THE SAME DAMN BOX. It's literally less work. Disgusting.
