I want to give **SANDRA MACIAS** a HUGE rave! She was absolutely amazing while helping me set up Tango for an elderly guest who was unable to do it himself. She never once rushed me or seemed frustrated, even though the process took about an hour. The guest’s TVs weren’t even set up yet, and she was incredibly patient and willing to wait while we worked through everything. I work in management, and when you find someone with this level of patience, professionalism, and kindness, you hold on to them. Sandra truly went above and beyond to help us and made a stressful situation so much easier. I would also like to note that the elderly guest had called earlier and unfortunately spoke with a gentleman who was very unpleasant to him. I’m so glad that when we called back, we were connected with Sandra. Her attitude and willingness to help completely turned the experience around for the guest. Sandra is a great example of excellent customer service, and she deserves to be recognized!
