I Love Yohers and their products.
I absolutely Love the sweater that I purchased from “Yohers”. Unfortunately, items I’ve ordered from other companies on the internet usually aren’t true to size. They’re usually smaller than I expected. So, when I ordered this sweater, I ordered a bigger size and it was true to size and was very big on me. I would not be able to wear it. I was so disappointed because I couldn’t wait to receive and wear it. I contacted Yohers and inquired about their return policy. I didn’t know if they would let me exchange it for a smaller size. Shortly after I received a response from “Sylvia”. She had a few questions for me and in no time at all she arranged a resend in the size I requested. I found Sylvia to be proficient, professional and easy to communicate with. She solved my problem in record time and I am a happy customer. My hat is off to her. Marian Denise Curtis
