Amazing Customer Support
Bought a new torch and had some questions about it and their Customer Support person (Jimmy) was absolutely fantastic! He got back to me quickly on every question I had and went over and above to sort things out for me! Thanks to him, all my torches from now on will be Orca torches! IT's great getting this kind of support!
