Struggling to get a human to respond!! I have an issue as my email provider for the subscription has ceased to trade and am therefore unable to log in. I need to unsubscribe asap Once I was able to contact a real human after many AI responses the situation was sorted, for which I am grateful. I have therefore changed my rating to 3*
