I placed an order for two earrings and one of the orders (the Jasmine Crescent hoop earring) came with a very weird clasp and I struggled to take it off and it ended up broken. I emailed customer support and explained the situation and attached pictures. They responded very very quickly and were professional and understanding. They placed me a new order right away free of charge and sent it to me. Their products are very beautiful and they have unique pieces. Customer service is the best I have experienced so far, I definitely recommend their products.
