Worst worst worst behaviour by Telangana bus conductor. I booked a ticket for my grand father who has keypad phone no what’s app in that I though u can show ticket from my mobile while boarding my grandpa but idiot conductor rejected that and asked me to send sms to my grandpa phone with some unknown reasons the sms is not received. With no patience conductor is shouting at us saying that bus is getting late he assuming that bus hs 10 th class students how to going to write exams it is a night travel bus after reaching home like 5 everyone go to sleep they can’t even await 5 min for a passenger to send sms even though I shown sms but they asking physical xerox copy how can u suddenly bring the copy they need to understand the situation and support us by receiveing that sms to conductor phone but they asked us to buy new ticket we lost 620 rupees for this the bus is booked.
