MacDuggal is deceiving customers
Recently discovered that MacDuggal has been giving over a dozen sites, my personal information. I have called them numerous times regarding other issues that were handled poorly by someone in Customer Service . I’ve emailed them numerous times to resolve the current issue. I keep getting automated responses saying that a human representative will contact me. To date, no one has contacted me. This issue is serious and dangerous. MacDuggal is literally spoon feeding and compromising so much data about their customers. Protecting customers privacy is a security issue. It’s a matter that needs addressing immediately. SEB
