Bait and switch with one, fraud on another.
Was working on a bathroom remodel project and had serious problems with 2 items. We ordered a vanity and 2-days after it was ordered, Home Depot's vendor called to say that particular model was not available and asked if we wanted a different color or a larger one at the same price. Told him no and was able to cancel the order, yet 2-months later, it is still available on the web site. Definate bait and switch tactic. The other order was for floor tile. Placed an order for next day delivery. Next day get a phone call that the tile is not in stock and won't be delivered the next day, but later the next week. The order showed shipped and tracked all the way to the local store. After 3-days of no delivery, I called the local store to inquire on the status. After 2 days of working with them, find out the tile is out of stock with no eta on backorder. Cancelled order, took a month to get the refund, and the website still shows>1200 units available to order. This is the definition of consumer fraud. Using my money to refund others.
