Rangemaster purchase
Purchasing the Rangemaster cooker from John Lewis was a pleasure. Only on the agreed delivery date did we experience Rangemaster cancelling the delivery four times delaying delivery for a further four weeks and finally cancelling during the delivery window date/ time. Inexcusable and extremely stressful as we prepared our home in readiness. The only redeemable feature was the excellent, professional and courteous delivery/ installation engineers, Johnny and Phil.
