100 day money back guarantee
I bought a Reformly pilates board on 23/12/2025. Having tried the board, it is not as I expected and I believe it does not replicate reformer pilates. I have since requested a refund on 17th March under the 100 day money back guarantee: "achieve your dream body in 100 days, or we'll refund you in full". After multiple emails between myself and Reformly, it was agreed to honour the 100 day money back guarantee providing I return the board. Whilst the company address is a UK PO box, the returns address is in the USA, which sending from the UK did incur a high cost. It does explain this on the refunds section of the website. Once receiving the board, there were multiple emails again between myself and Reformly requesting the refund. Finally on 23rd April the funds arrived in my account. Reformly did honour the 100 day money back guarantee, however this was a lengthy process involving many emails and a lot of time. Therefore bare this in mind if purchasing in the future.
