Purchased a knife from them
Purchased a knife from them. Was very good quality and price point was great. Issue is that I can't get them to stop sending me marketing emails. I only wanted the one product. I have hit 'unsubscribe' on about 10 different marketing emails and still they come. I emailed them and asked to be removed and they replied back that they had done it, and yet - literally EVERY DAY I get a marketing email. For those internet sellers out there. People do not want daily emails. Nobody has time for that! Spread them out, one a week maybe. But you just tick people off when you hit them with emails every day. I won't be purchasing from you again for that very reason. I don't want to go back on your marketing campaign list (if I ever get off it I mean).
