Charged shipping after entering free shipping code.
Ordered an item and it was noted as free shipping with code. Was going to checkout (code entered)and Fanatics asked me to re enter my address. I did this immediately was sent to pay button and clicked it and was then charged shipping. Can’t get them to answer, will not bring them my business again. I received no attempt at contact. The order number is 365-4701-9455. 05/26/26-Still nothing from them, all lip service. Horrible customer service they will never get my business.
