Dud mattress, not covered
I was excited about their natural futon-like mattresses, and ordered a very affordable mostly cotton/a little wool mattress- similar to ones I've had before. I thought I'd gotten a good deal. But after a week, it had huge bumpy lumps in it. We flipped it, but the same thing happened. Unsleepable. Useless purchase. The company's customer service was really caring when I first placed the order, like they called before confirming my order. But when I told them my issue, they said their company warranty, and the mattress maker's warranty, may or may not cover it. They said it was my fault for buying a cheap mattress. This turned in to over a month of emails and phone calls, me sending photos of the lumpy mattress, then sending more photos... I was constantly told, 'okay wait and see,' 'okay we'll get back to you.' And months later after I asked for updates multiple times, the answer was 'sorry no, but you can get 10% off a new mattress from us.'
