Poor quality rug was threadbare in one year
**Update. I have edited my review to reflect the amazing customer service from boutique rugs. After my review they reached out to me immediately and did everything they could to make it right. I will definitely recommend and will use this company exclusively for my future rug purchases. My experience with boutique rugs was good. Very fast shipping and a good price for my rug. Unfortunately, the rug was poor quality. The 1 Careabelle Vintage Washable Rug - Limited Edition - 8'10'' x 12' Rectangle rug was beautiful when it arrived. Within 2 months there were several snags in the rug. A year after owning the rug it’s completely thread bare. I have never had a rug wear out like this before. I have a commercial grade X-large capacity washer that easily washed the same size ruggable but my washer could not handle this rug, for some reason. It was very disappointing. I got a great deal but almost $300 for a rug that only lasted a year was not a good value, in my opinion. I will not purchase this brand again.
