The response by Vivi at the Summ organization to my complaint was prompt, friendly, and professional. Its rare to find responsive customer service that relies heavily on automated responses. Vivi did this by informing me of the policy, why my request for a refund was outside the 7 day window normally enforced, but made sure my special circumstances were taken into account before promptly setting in motion the refund process.
