Useless service
Useless service. They deliver my parcel ro wrong address. And they did not even fix it.

Very disappointing experience with customer service and did not help me at all..
Very disappointing experience with Novelship. They sent my parcel to the wrong address, which was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to provide any compensation—there was not even any offer of compensation at all. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach. Responses are slow, and when they do reply, they don’t actually resolve the issue. Overall, the whole process has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Novelship.
