James saved the day!!!
I would have given a five if the following didn't happen. When I walked in the store there were two sales people (women) sitting in the middle area where they sit waiting on customers to come in. Neither of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. To make sure they saw me I walked in their direction and still nothing. They watched me walk around indecisive and a little confused. I started to leave but James Wong came out of nowhere, greeted me and asked if I needed help, that made me stay and make my purchase. James was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I left a Happy Customer. Thank you James
