I placed an order on March 14, for 24‑hour shippin printer. No updates at all until March 18. On March 18, I opened a support ticket — no response. On March 19, I requested order cancellation — again, no response. At that point, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. On March 20, I finally received a refund via PayPal, not thanks to the store, but only because of PayPal’s intervention. Customer support is completely nonexistent, communication is zero, and shipping promises are not respected. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this store at all.
