Canceled Without Notice – No Refund Given
Despite placing a pre-order for 2025/4, my order was canceled in 2026/3 without any notice. This is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that payment had already been taken through PayPal at the time of purchase. By the time I became aware of the issue, the 180-day PayPal protection period had expired, leaving me with no way to recover my money. Instead of issuing a proper refund, you provided store credit that I have no use for. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on your business practices. I will not be purchasing from your company again.
