I purchased a board and essentials kit…don't waste your money here.
I purchased a board and essentials kit bundle that also included a 60-day program, a 14-day program, 100+ workouts and access to a community. The board and kit were great, though grossly over priced. You can purchase the exact same board and an almost identical kit for $135 CAD VS the $319 CAD from here. I figured it was work it because of the programs, but that's all smoke and mirrors. If you actually want to access everything in the "free app" (and by everything I mean the 15 daily challenges and a community chat feed) you have to pay a membership fee. The 100+ workouts they say are included multiple times in the purchase process, are actually just a 7-day free trial. You have to pick a paid plan to get into the app at all, but you can cancel right away and pay nothing. After the 7 days you get access to 4 of the 15 challenges. When I confronted ted them about the false advertising they really don't care, they already have the money right? So my advice.... buy from Amazon and get videos from YouTube. Or use their app for the free challenges (you don't have to buy from then to use the app), but please don't fall for their gimiky false advertising. The product is great, I will say that, but it's the same as all the other ones out there.
