The delivery was as promised and sales person was top notch. But the steaks were not up to pair. As a former butcher in a PRIME SHOP I expected very tender filet mignon, not chewy . Cooked medium rare. At 77 years old and a Army veteran (69-71) . I'm a little more experienced in cuts of meat. I know all to well you can't always promise the way meat will cook, but these filet mignon did NOT even come close to be tender. The number of the deal was 75370RF Delicious Dinner Bundle
