Proactive Customer Service! Just when I was wondering what took so long, there came an email clearly laid out the situation with offers to choose for next step. I chose to wait but with a change of case color and Polly also reminded me to change the magsafe ring color as well which i totally forgot. Much appreciate the customer service!
