2 months no ring, no update.
Zero stars would be too high of a rating.... What a horrible experience, "customer service" unexistent, dont expect a true reply and IF they do dont expect much.... -Ring size given Feb 4th- no reply, no update on order page. -I reached out again Feb 6th looking for update, reply only confirmed ring band width... *silence for weeks* -I reached out for update on Feb 22... no reply -I reached out AGAIN Feb 26... NOTHING -finally sombody decided to work.... reply on March 3rd.... ASKING FOR MY RING SIZE I GAVE A DAMN MONTH AGO.... I voice my discontent at this point and receive no reply, I send 2 more emails... 4/4 and 4/8.... they finally decided to answer on Mar 11.... "Thanks for letting us know your ring size! I’ll move your order into our production queue. Please let me know if you have any questions." YEAH RIGHT BULLSH*T voice my frustration AGAIN, they do not care a damn. Worst "cutomer service" in my life. Positive reviews must be fake. Still waiting for my order near 2 months later....
