I ordred 2 items from Northern Tool. One item showed up much later than expected and not as pictured on the website. It was a refurb kit instead of the item pictured. After calling, I was given a return authorization number that required me to pay for shipping back and a 15% restocking fee. The second item was a compressed are piping kit. 4 weeks after ordering it, they sent me an email letting me know it will not be back in stock for an additional 2 months. Luckly I was able to cancel that one without incurring additional expenses. Who know what would have shown up in 2 months.
