Scammers- Please declare the value of the shoes as 10 USD. Please do not use FedEx or UPS for the return shipment. If the package is not declared as 10 USD and high import taxes occur, the tax charges will need to be covered by the customer. Additional option to help reduce your return shipping cost: If you don’t want to search for a courier yourself, we can offer our partner courier return service: Return for Exchange: Pay 48 USD for a return shipping label. And I will send you the link to pay Return for Refund: Return the shoes using our label, and 48 USD will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use our partner courier, please let us know a preferred date that would be convenient for you so that we can schedule the appointment. If you prefer, you may also choose not to use our partner courier and arrange the return shipment on your own using the address above. ⏱️ Helpful suggestion (to save time) Because international returns and exchanges can take quite some time, I usually recommend that once you’re sure about the replacement style/size, you may go ahead and place a new order first. Once we receive your returned pair, I’ll arrange the corresponding refund right away — this helps you receive the new shoes much sooner.
