Worth it.
From the day I make my way to Nex. The sales person explain to me (so sorry forgot his name). Did not pressure me anything. Giving me a good price. Take me a day to make a decision. Surveyor come over and we had a good chat and exchange ideas. Installers came install and clean the place up. Customer service contact me for arrangements. Everything is smooth sailing. I just hope the unit can last at least 5 years. If it does, the next 5 years I may be fitting my house with Prism+ products.
