Fake International Warranty & Disrespectful Support I am a watch reviewer and I am disgusted by San Martin's service. My SN0009 has a clear factory defect (AR coating scratches) and I have an official warranty card. Their official support told me to 'wipe the dust' on a scratched glass and then literally sent me an 'Adore' sticker (heart eyes) in the chat instead of helping. Now they refuse to pay for shipping to China for their own manufacturing error, claiming I 'didn't buy from their store'—even though I have an INTERNATIONAL factory warranty. Conclusion: Their warranty is a scam for international buyers. If you are in Europe, you are buying a watch with ZERO real service. I have all the screenshots of their mocking behavior.
