UI buggy but Gilbert stuck with my issues till the bitter end and solved them
Gilbert was great but overall it's tough to only have chat support. UI was buggy which created part of the problem, and I had an issue with a previous account that took a bit more to solve than it should have. In any case, shoutout to my guy Gilbert get him a raise he's a patient and trustworthy fellow.
