Been a member for couple years now and attempted to contact them a week ago today with no response after multiple messages sent since then with no reply. There automated email says 48hrs typical response but its been a week! They respond to the reviews on here faster than they do actual emails of paying clients. And when you try to call you just sit on hold with no answer. Update they will respond to this review within hours asking for more info but wont answer the phone it cuts out after being on hold and tells you to call back later, and still wont respond to now the multiple emails i have sent over the past week.
