I’m truly grateful for the excellent service I received. From the moment I visited the store, the staff were patient, attentive, and took the time to guide me through the purchase, including explaining the 5-year warranty. Although the TV was initially scheduled to arrive within 7–10 working days, I mentioned that I would be traveling abroad soon. I really appreciate how they went the extra mile to arrange an earlier delivery for me. The delivery team was also very helpful and ensured everything was properly set up. While I experienced a minor issue with the TV’s color brightness, their response was quick and professional, and I feel well supported as they work on a solution. Overall, I’m very thankful for their dedication, professionalism, and care. It has been a smooth and positive experience.
