Do not trust this company!!!
We had our roof installed through Erie Home, but the financing was handled by PowerPay — which was not clearly explained upfront. PowerPay was extremely difficult to deal with. Their online system never worked, forcing me to call every month just to make payments, often with long hold times and dropped calls — and eventually pushing me into setting up automatic payments just to avoid the hassle. I consistently paid more than required, yet the loan terms remained unclear. When I paid off the balance through my bank (which sent more than the quoted payoff), I was still told I owed additional money. I paid the final amount under protest just to close the account and avoid any risk to my credit, not because I agreed with the charge. Very frustrating experience overall. Lack of transparency between Erie Home and PowerPay made this much harder than it should have been. I strongly recommend getting all financing details in writing before agreeing to anything.
