BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I bought 4 rugs from BoutiqueRugs.com. I would NOT recommend this retailer. We paid over $1,000 for all of the rugs. One of the $400 rugs was not rolled, it arrived folded in a bag multiple times. I knew there would be multiple creases and was extremely disappointed the rug was handled this way. This retailer is making me pay shipping to return the rug (over $100), even though this was their mistake. The other rug I want to return does not match the colors displayed on the website at all which is completely unacceptable. I also have to pay for shipping to return this rug which is also over $100 to return. This return will cost me close to $300. Their solution? Find your own shipper. They refuse to send me return labels. Please read their return policy closely. There are no exceptions nor accountability. The rugs aren’t the greatest quality either. Very thin for the expensive price. I do not recommend this retailer and will definitely not buy from them again. Buyer Beware!!!!!
