I use it to manage my 4 unit rental property business. I collect rent, maintenance requests, conduct credit and background checks, eviction records on prospective tenants. It charges a relatively small fee for these checks which is paid by the tenant. After using Innago, I am able to get more desirable tenants. A great software suite.
