As a designer, I rely on good communication. I ordered some pieces for our client and when a piece became delayed because of protection issues I received no heads up after weeks of waiting for the delivery. I reached out to the team at that time they let me know there was a problem with production and that it would take five more weeks for my items when I ask them to expedite shipping at their cost they would not give me any sort of expedited shipping unless I paid for it-this after waiting about eight weeks for something that was supposed to be available in immediately and no communication.
