Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They make you pay for a licence to release a cover song, and then reject the song asking you to get the licence and submit to them. Then it shows "need documents" but you actually paid them to get the documentation. It seems impossible to release a cover song with this lost company. Meaning you have to get a mechanical licence by yourself somewhere else while you paid them to do it for you. Music takes very long to be approved. Refund process is a nightmare. They promised 7-10 days, but I ended up waiting nearly two months for my refund, and I didn't get it all - fees were deducted. Support/Feedback is generic and probably bots. They just renew your subscription and take the fee without consent or asking If you want to continue - this after I informed them that I don't want to continue with subscription. Even if you close your account two ot three days after subscription has renewed, and don't use their services anymore, you get no refund on subscription fees. I've tried a lot of distributors, and to be honest Too Lost really is too lost. They are really the worst. On paper they look awesome but in reality, once they've hooked you, you will only have a horrible experience. Don't fall for them. They are horribly lost
