False advertising of lifetime warranty
EDIT: After asking them whether there were other options, they are sending me a wheel that they do have in stock. The wheel is a different color from my bag which isn’t ideal. I have several bags from this company, it was highly recommended to me by people who fly a lot. The main reason we bought this bag was for the lifetime warranty. However, the company has been extremely horrible to work with when trying to use the Warranty. I’ve had my oldest bag ( TravelPro Platinum Elite) softside for around six years and recently one of the wheels got damaged and it wobbles now. I tried to use the Warranty and the company told me that it was no longer covered and they don’t have the repair part, even though it was purchased with a lifetime warranty. The quality of the suitcase is great however I can’t recommend this company because they falsely advertise a lifetime warranty and are extremely difficult to work and don’t honor their Warranty
