My experience was great! I had an issue with the web site and order placement, but a phone call cleared all that up for me. I spoke with one of the two sisters there and she was super helpful! All good with the ordering. The tree (Yellow Ribbon Arborvitae) was shorter/smaller than I thought I'd get in a 3 gallon container, but it will grow. Other than that, it seems to be in good condition. Thank you!
