If I could give 0 I would. You stole 86 dollars from me. The blinds were manufactured incorrectly, and your ai customer service acknowledged this fact. When I sent photos multiple times proving that the blinds were manufactured incorrectly, I got some AI slop garbage answers back which made no sense. Then the people I spoke to on the phone also agreed with me and even told me they would send me an email saying as such. The email was never sent, no correct blind was ever sent, and no refund was ever issued. I’ve since reported your company to the better business bureau for fraudulent activity.
