Have had issues
They're fine in general, but DO NOT try to buy Dior Homme Original from them. They don't differentiate the SKUs of Original and the 2020 Dior Homme; they literally list both SKUs on the packing slip for that line item. One time I did get the correct version, but 3 other bottles since have been Dior Homme 2020.. I opened the first incorrect bottle I received before realizing this, and ate the cost. I was then assured after numerous emails with Austin, from customer service, that I would receive the correct version if I re-ordered. Well, now I'm dealing with returning the 2 bottles of Dior Homme 2020 that I received in error. It's worth noting that beyond the waste of time, you have to pay for returns; whether by purchasing the return / shipping insurance option with your order, or by just having to pay for the shipping if you don't get that.
