Just mi experience: NOT BEGINNER FRIENDLY
This is just my experience. There is a chance they will sell you a damaged unit at full price and expect you to repair it and do a full-time job for them. This brand is NOT beginner-friendly; the tech support is terrible, and they will ignore anything you have to say. The printer has notable firmware issues, and they have replaced important components from metal to injected plastic, giving the printer planned obsolescence that will sooner or later require complicated repairs that other brands do not impose.I detect a significant lack of professionalism in this company. More importantly, they lied to me. The brand told me it was a shipping issue, but the worry-free service called them out on their quality checks. Update: they do what they should have done at first and replace the broken unit.
