Horrible experience / Shady Promo Code Practice
Horrible experience. Ordering a very expensive authentic jersey I applied a promo code for of CapitalOne for 20 percent off which would save me 75 dollars. At checkout using my Apple Pay I get an error code and to please try again. From this screen you can’t see total dollar in your cart I reprocess and boom it works followed by the charge of 402 dollars as the promo code was no longer attached on re process. Upon contacting their slow and awful customer service I was finally informed bc I used Apple Pay it would could not be applied to my order. Instead of noting that when applying the code or alerting you of why the payment is declined the first time it allows you to hit payment again and reprocess without informing you of new total or removal of code. Instead of just making it right it and applying the 20 percent credit the response is we will cancel the order. Even though for the last 2 weeks everything was 20 percent off. When you have a monopoly on sports merchandise I guess it allows you to not care about consumers. Only good thing was she was able to remove me from all future emails and alerts. Never again. ***response***. A coupon code for 25 percent off an order with exclusions. The entire site is 25 percent off. Joke of a company. Monopoly
