They sold a package that I confirmed on line and got a reservation confirmation . Drove 5 hours to my destination and they don’t have my reservation. After calling and being on hold for literally hours. The lady KaMauri Humes with attitude tells me after you go on line and find dates that actually work and book it and get a confirmation that I was supposed to call in and make sure I have the confirmation with them. She tried telling me it states it right on your confirmation. No where on my confirmation with La Quinta or Booksi does it state you have to call in to confirm the lady at the front desk also confirmed that to her so KaMauri asked me to forward her the email. I did and she could not find any word of this required phone call on the reservation confirmation. Then she sends me a link. The link states they want to be the Chick Fil A of the travel industry. Well if I were Chick-Fil-A I’d sue them for slander. After she repeats the fact they are not going to pay the three nights at a hotel I didn’t need to be at but came to because these where the only dates I could get through their package deal she was almost trying to force me to take a refund I wouldn’t because I will get a three night stay later with that promotion and in the meantime try as hard as possible to save anyone else from making this mistake.
